Charges for Charity Statements
Charities Trust offers a monthly statement facility which details all donors except those who have opted to remain anonymous. These can be sent by e mail or by post at the end of each month for a period of 12 months.
Payment by cheque (payable to Charities Trust), or debit card (by telephone) please.
A reminder will be sent before your annual subscription expires.
We recommend that the e mail address is a generic one if possible e.g. info@charity.org rather than an individual. It also helps to add the domain charitiestrust.org to your spam filter lists.
Following numerous requests we are now able to offer a backdated statement facility but this is only available for statements from February 2007.
Statements include payroll giving donors, voucher payments and online donations.
